If you would like to work at the Free Children's Clinic as a practitioner or assist with registration, set up etc., call the Free Children's Clinic Supervisor nearest you. You'll find their contact information by clicking "Contact Us" in the header. We would love to have your help!

We know this work can make a huge difference in a disabled child's life and we want to share with as many people as possible so that this experience becomes available to all children. Our goal is to provide the Functional Synthesis experience for as many children as possible. It is our belief that parents need more information about the Anat Baniel Method for Childrensm in order to make an informed decision about committing their resources of time, energy, and money to getting this work for their children. Our FREE CHILDREN'S CLINIC provides that information, the opportunity for professionals to observe, and public awareness to be generated about the Anat Baniel Method for Children.

The clinic allows practitioners have the opportunity to help the Anat Baniel Method for Children grow, to have a place to connect with their peers, and get experience working with children with disabilities in a non-critical, low-pressure setting. We have seen that even practitioners who are new to working with children make a significant impact for the child with just one lesson. Please join us in this warm, supportive environment.

Invite any professionals who are interested to come and observe. Pass on our information to your local parent groups or any resources you have for contacting parents/professionals associated with children with disabilities..

NOTE: All practitioners working must be certified Anat Baniel Method for Children practitioners. All practitioners are working as contractors. You must have on file with us a copy of your liability insurance. You must bring your own table and FREE CLINIC business cards. Students of the Anat Baniel Method are welcome to observe or assist with intake/outtake at the clinics.

Here is the Clinic process:

1. Call the Supervisor of the Clinic near you.

• Once you have registered you MUST attend unless you have a dire emergency. Don't leave us in the lurch!

2. Arrive on time with your table and Clinic business cards and copy of your liability insurance if you do not yet have one on file.

3. Lessons - you will probably be doing 2 to 4 lessons:

• An intake person will introduce you clients to you
• Lessons are 30 minutes - there will be a 5 minute warning before time is up. New clients are often scheduled for 1 hour to allow the parents more time to ask the practitioner questions.
• Invite the client to pick up materials, etc on their way out, and offer to speak with them in more detail later in the week.
• The intake/outtake people will help clients transition out

4. Help make sure we leave the facility as we found it.
