Free Children's Clinic
Based on the pioneering work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais
Anat Baniel Method for Children Practitioners are all fully trained Feldenkrais and/or Anat Baniel practitioners who have completed a 3 to 4 year course of study to earn our original certification, and then had the privilege of training for one year under Anat Baniel in the specialty of working with infants and children with disabilities. We have joined her in working to make sure that all children have the opportunities that the Anat Baniel Method for Children can bring to them. In the United States, there are currently sixty practitioners certified in the Anat Baniel Method for Children. By 6/2006 we will have practitioners in 18 states, and by the end of 2007 we look forward to having at least 200 trained practitioners. Both Basic and Advanced trainings with Anat Baniel are ongoing in Marin County, California and in New York, New York. The first European training will be hosted in Zurich, Switzerland in 2007.
